During my recent stay at Vaya in Serfaus, I found the spa facilities to be a mixed bag. The traditional Hammam and sauna were serene and rejuvenating, offering a tranquil escape. However, the overcrowded indoor pool, bustling with energetic children, detracted from the relaxation I sought. The sun terrace provided a peaceful spot to unwind, although the paid leisure facilities, like the indoor swimming pool, fell short of expectations. The play area and sun terrace added a touch of leisure to the serene ambiance. The internet available for free was a convenient touch for staying connected while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.The family apartment was spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable sanctuary after a day of snow skiing and hiking. While the spa premises provided moments of tranquility, the crowded pool dampened the experience slightly. Vaya in Serfaus offers a peaceful retreat with modern amenities, ideal for a rejuvenating getaway.
